Reservation Policy |
-
A minimum deposit of 50% of total
amount is required to hold the room and any rate
that has been pre-arranged.

The
customer is responsible for the entire balance of the reservation at the time of check-in.

Reservation deposits can be made in CASH, BANK CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Credit cards are accepted. PERSONAL CHECKS are only accepted 21 days prior to check-in.

A
reservation constitutes a contract between the Atlantic Motel and You. It assures you that accommodations and rates will be kept available for You for all dates indicated.

Deposits will be forfeited unless written notice of the cancellation is recieved 1 week prior to scheduled arrival or if guest(s) arrive on a later date than confirmed. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

Early check-outs will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the same policy.

It is understood that the Atlantic Motel cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness, death or injury, etc..

Rules and Regulations |

One
vehicle is allowed per room. The allocated Permit is required to be displayed at all times when in the lot. All unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the vehicles owner's expense.

At least one individual in each
room must be 18 years of age or older - this
person will register the room.

Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly forbidden to possess or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises (NJ State Law 20:33:15). In the event an occupant of any room is 21 years of age or older, that individual must agree not to possess alcohol in rooms occupied by minors.

Security deposit is held until departure to safeguard against damage to rooms. It will be refunded upon departure after inspection to room. In the event that there is damage to any room, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The occupants agree to reimburse the Atlantic Motel for full cost of damage. Be aware the full cost of any damage may include full replacement of a damaged item, whether or not it can be repaired should management deem that the item no longer meets their cosmetic standards for motel use. A cost replacement list is posted in the office.

Only registered guests are allowed
in rooms or anywhere on the property.
Visitors
are not permitted.

Violation of these rules can and will result in eviction and forfeit of all rent and monies paid, including security deposit.
